Headlight Experts

I bought an LED conversion kit from Headlight Experts at the beginning of October. I paid $219.98 They advertised that the kit would fix error codes and convert halogen to LED.

I would call this false advertising meant to scam people. Two months later, the lights started flickering and a message popped up to check the bulbs. I contacted them, and they stated that they have a 30-day return policy. They refused to refund my money.

I believe that they are scamming people and getting away with it. They should be shut down.

I sent my damaged H4 LED bulb to them and I received the same damaged bulb back but the loose LED chip was missing.

Lifetime warranty means nothing for this company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR CRAP!

Bought"plug and play" lights. They are not.

These people lie. Nothing is and needs more parts.

They did not honor the return. In particular Roger Roger Roger was an *** Do not do business with these crack heads.

The Headlight Experts are like dumpster juice - that stinky, nasty crap at the bottom of a dumpster. They really need to go out of business due to all the bad reviews I've read.

Maybe they're failing because they're in California. The people there are very rude. I believe that everyone in that company needs to enrol in anger management because they can't cope with the truth.

If I could've given them no stars, I would have, but I had to at least give them one. They need to allow for half-star ratings.

After claiming my delivery would be 2 days their product arrived after 9 days. Then the headlight product would not fit my car.

After asking to see a picture (delay) - they said it was obsolete, and I would need to modify my car (a 2000 Acura) to use their product.

All BS - I found a direct replacement online so asked to return theirs - After having to pay for the return shipping this scam company said they would only refund me half of what I paid FOR A RESTOCKING FEE. DO NOT USE Headlights Experts!

Was offered a replacement set at a certain price paint price have not received the product. They keep interrupting and telling me I dont respond to their emails.

They have stolen my money they have committed fraud and now they wont respond. I am going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the fraud department of the United States, this is a corrupt business

The DRL did not work as advertised. Without doing any research, Paul blamed my truck, as it was Canadian and had different specs. I contacted the dealer, and the specs are the same, so it was their bulbs that didn't work.

I ordered a set of LED headlights from these people and they don't work, I spoke with one of their technicians Paul who basically called me an idiot. I have been a service technician for 25 years and I think Paul is the idiot. I ended up buying a set of quad LED headlights from timu for 11 dollars and they work way better

Wrong product sent and no responsibility taken by the company. I should have read BBB reviews about the guys (seems like a 1 man show) inability to speak to another human.

I received a headlight set that would not work and the refused to take it back citing their policy on no returns if opened. These are the most dishonest rude company I have ever dealt with.

See BBB complaints on this company wish I had checked before wasting my money. STAY FAR AWAY

don't buy anything from them. when I had a problem they just kept telling me I was wrong.

the lights were just a tiny bit too big to fit in the retainer. but they wouldn't listen.

don't waste your money or your time buy from someone on Amazon at least there you can return them. there is a reason you can't give a Google review
